It was a joyous occasion for the residents of Kwa Ndomo, Muyeye Phase 1 and M17E informal settlements, Kilifi County who are beneficiaries of Tenure Regularization under KISIP as they received 867 title deeds in a ceremony presided over by PS Charles Hinga and H. E. Governor Amason J. Kingi.
